Terms & Conditions

1. About ExamBooklet

ExamBooklet (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) is an online question-bank and practice platform for Tamil Nadu teacher eligibility and recruitment exams, accessible at exambooklet.in. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is via Google OAuth only. You are responsible for the activity on your account. One account is intended for one person — sharing an account, or redistributing content from it, is a breach of these terms and can result in suspension without refund.

3. Purchases and access

Paid plans are one-time paymentsthat grant access to the purchased exam’s content for one year from the payment date. There is no auto-renewal — access simply expires unless you choose to purchase again. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change for future purchases; a price change never affects access you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details.

4. Acceptable use

All questions, explanations, and translations on the platform are our content, provided for your personal exam preparation only. You may not copy, scrape, screenshot-compile, resell, or redistribute content (including to Telegram/WhatsApp groups). Content is watermarked per account; accounts found leaking content will be terminated without refund.

5. No guarantee of exam outcomes

ExamBooklet is a practice tool. We make no representation that using the platform will result in passing any exam, and we are not affiliated with TN TRB, TN TET, or any government examination body.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control (hosting, network) may cause downtime. Material, extended outages during your access period will be handled reasonably — contact us.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction. Questions: exambooklet@gmail.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
