Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the purchase

ExamBooklet access is a one-time payment for a digital service— full access to the purchased exam’s question bank for one year from the payment date. Nothing is shipped, and there is no auto-renewal to cancel: access simply ends after one year unless you purchase again.

2. No refunds on purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable. The product is fully try-before-you-buy — every topic offers free questions before any payment is required, so you can evaluate the content, languages, and difficulty for yourself before purchasing. Please use the free questions to make sure ExamBooklet is right for you.

3. Duplicate or failed payments

Duplicate charges and payments captured for orders that failed to activate are refunded in full, automatically where Razorpay detects them, or on request otherwise — just email us with the payment reference.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval (bank processing times vary).
